2) STRETCH AND STRENGTH TRAINING
In Stretch and Strength classes the main idea is "give to the students a right way to create effective workouts". Julio has published different books about fitness training in group classes. One of the most successful is "GAP: Glúteos, Abdominales y Piernas" (www.inde.com), in English LAG (Leg, abs and gluteus). Other famous program, who has also win host of awards, unique on his conception and way of application, is Power Stretch. From a fusion of these theories and application of many others (Core Strength, Kabat PNF, Ballet Dance Floorwork…) Julio can present original sculpt programs that can definitively open new ways of teaching in all instructors. Masterclasses and workshops ready to use; original new approaches for fitness trainings and lessons.
