1) FITNESS DANCE CHOREOGRAPHY
Aerobic Dance, Step Dance, House Dance… are only some of the subjects. Many workshops are availables from 90 minutes to 6 hours! Students will have didactics, skills and motivational techniques on an original and advanced way of teaching fitness dance choreographies.
Different concepts: first, "teach people with innovative choreographic systems", then "how to better combine them in gym classes". Starting with basic moves, normally symmetric and sometimes not, always respecting the most balanced way of teaching, Julio arrives to unexpected choreographies. According to transition and progression concepts, systematic application of no tap rule let students learn extremely easy. At the same time, using motivational techniques all the group can reach the higher level of satisfaction. All of his choreographic classes come from a unique and scientific way of understanding exercise didactics.
Julio was one of the first teachers who presented Asymmetrical systems at the IDEA convention in the year 2000. It can be easily considered as a pioneer of that kind of building construction, and has introduced these classes in many schools around the world.
