In this videotape, Julio presents a complete medium-advanced Hi-Lo class, ready to use with the most experienced students. At the end of the workout he is presenting a less complex final product too.
Beginning with an original warm up he coninues with three medium-advanced level choreographed blocks using crossed phrases, change of plane, variations, substitutions..
He finishes this original session with a Power Stretch inspired relaxing phase.
