STRETCH 2
The basic objective of this program is to provide training in the qualities of strength and flexibility so as to increase the functionality of the human body. The type of adaptation triggered affects global body posture, the degree of articular movement, muscular control and the balance regulating systems.
The standard session, which lasts for approximately 45 minutes, introduces a sequence of movements which is progressively enriched up to a technical and methodological level where physical strength increases depending on the actual abilities of each pupil. It is therefore a type of group session featuring effective personal regulation of effort, dependent on each person's level of training.
