2) FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Functional fitness training has always been one of the main important Julio’s goals. His Sports and Physical Education degree as well as his Physiotherapist background bring to Julio a complete 360º point of view of fitness. Some of his programs are;
  • Integrated Power Stretch and Stretch Update: Power Stretch© reloaded with the latest techniques and physiotherapeutic elements. Stretch and Postural Strength integrated on logical move sequences. Back and major joints will feel thanksfull because the respect of the basic neurological and anatomy rules of human body. Perfect session for a perfect rest after physical activity.
  • PortDeBras©: Dance, posture, core condition, arm lines, elegance, harmony… Everything served on chill ambient music, slow and controlled, following breath, feeling each part of the body, moving on a perfect symphony.
